CARBON EMISSION REDUCTION
Speed has announced that its main establishment will be powered by biomethane from 2023. The system will reduce CO2 emissions from the current 37% to 80% and will also provide four million cubic meters per year, or about 65% of the company’s current gas needs.

Speed is involved in the project "Eco-Speed" known for the goal of building a more sustainable future by pursuing the objectives of the 2030 agenda. The transformation process is driven by a large investment of 1.5 billion euros that will ensure that the entire range of our vehicles is fully hybrid from 2024 and the introduction of a fourth fully electric model by 2030.

One of the main establishments is also focusing on the reduction of emissions in the production process, especially that of monocoques and carbon parts, for which it has developed a methodology that allows to limit the "carbon footprint" of each car.
